Venues and Times

The times of club shooting sessions are normally:-

Indoors (year-round), or Outdoors (late-May to mid-August), 7pm to 9pm every Wednesday evening.

We normally post if a club shooting session is cancelled or moved to a different venue as well as the times, venues, and scheduled rounds of club 'target days' on our Home Page and in the Club Calendar, although please feel free to contact us to confirm venue and times if you're unsure!

Island Archers normally meets at Sgoil Nan Loch (Lochs School) in Leurbost, a short drive from Stornoway, which can be used both indoors and outdoors, and is suitable for shooting all competition ranges of up to 60m outdoors, and indoors to 25m.

When shooting outside on the games pitch at Sgoil Nan Loch for the all-too-brief outdoor season, and it is advised that all participants have waterproof clothing and adequate footwear with them in case the weather unexpectedly turns cold or rainy.
